Welcome to ORRO, a trading brand of VR Group Limited. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of orro-brand.com and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Services

ORRO sells physical consumer products. We work hard to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate, but they may change without notice. Minor errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as identified.


3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
  • We accept major payment methods (via Shopify Payments or other secure providers).
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; ORRO does not store card details.
  • Prices may be shown in multiple currencies; refunds are issued in the original payment currency.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders within South Africa ship from our South African fulfillment centre.
  • Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and vary by region/courier.
  • International orders: customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.


5. Returns and Refunds

Unopened Products — Refund

  • Return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • After 30 days, unopened items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Refunds aren’t available if packaging is damaged, opened, or used.


Opened/Used Products — Store Credit

  • Return opened/used items in original packaging with all accessories within 30 days of receipt for a store credit.
  • Items that are opened and older than 30 days are not eligible for return.


Store Credit

  • Redeemable only on the official ORRO website.
  • Not exchangeable for cash.

6. Warranty

ORRO offers tiered limited warranties depending on the purchase channel:

  • Non-Specific Warranty: 6 months (purchased from third-party retailers; warranty handled by the retailer unless registered with ORRO).
  • Eco & Home Care Warranty: 6 months (exclusive to the ORRO Brand Store).
  • Pro Care Warranty: 12 months + 60-day accidental damage cover (exclusive to the ORRO Brand Store).

Warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Full terms are available on our Warranty Information page.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.


8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man.
  • South African customers: rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) apply.
  • UK/EU customers: rights under applicable consumer laws apply.

30 Day Free Returns & Exchanges

Return any unopened product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Opened products in their original packaging with all accessories can be returned within 30 days for a store credit or exchange.
