1. Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12 PM are usually dispatched the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Major cities & metropolitan areas: approx. 2 business days after dispatch
  • Outlying or rural areas: approx. 4 business days after dispatch

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.


4. Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
  • You can use this link to follow your delivery in real time.


5. Delivery Conditions

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may contact you to arrange redelivery or collection.
  • ORRO cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.


6. International Orders

Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. International shipping options will be announced once available.
