Refund policy
Unopened Products - Full Refund
If you’ve changed your mind or have buyer’s remorse, no problem. Simply return unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll issue a full refund. Please note unopened products returned after 30 days are eligible for store credit only, not a refund.

Opened/Used Product - Full Store Credit
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return opened or used products in their original packaging with all accessories within 30 days of receipt. We’ll issue a full store credit, which you can use toward a new order.

Store Credit
Store credit can be applied to any product purchased directly from the official ORRO website.
Return Times
Standard returns are processed within 7 days of receipt of the return. If the return condition was not as described, we will contact you which may delay the standard return process.
